Introduction
The TC model mechanical tension controller maintains tension during high speed winding via friction control brake.
Both the dancer arm and feedback linkage regulate tension, even during winding speed variations or when using irregularly shaped bobbins.
The low inertia brake wheel maintains control even through rapid fluctuations of the wire draw, without breakage.
