1.TUNGSTEN CARBIDE NOZZLE - R11101

Our needle style winding nozzles are made from precision machined, tungsten carbide (super-hard alloy) materials.
Material hardness is rated over HRA90, while material strength can resist bending forces of over 2300N/mm. 
Precision grinding and surface treatment achieves a Ra0.1 for bore interior and a Ra0.025 for the radius of both ends. 
This design ensures smooth motion of the wire through the wire guide, even at high speeds.

2.CERAMIC NOZZLE - R11103

Suitable for winding fine wire coils.
Outstanding cost and performance.
Provides low friction and high wear resistance.

3.RUBY NOZZLE (STAINLESS BODY) - R11102

Made of stainless steel, industrial ruby and high grade ceramic. 
Preferred wire guide for use with nozzle-type automatic winding machines. 
Ruby material is extremely hard and wear-resistant.
Precision grinding and polishing by advanced technology ensures smoothness of bore and a Ra0.025, protecting wire insulation integrity even at high winding speeds.
