MAGNETIC TENSIONER - R13003
MECHANICAL TENSIONER
|
The MTT magnetic tensioner series uses a permanent magnet to control tension strength by varying the gap between the magnet and the main tension wheel. This non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent & precise tension control to the wire. Well-suited for normal speed winding where wire travels at speeds below 5 meters/second, the MTT is compact in design, easy to adjust, and has wide range of back tension spring types for various tension applications. All MTT series are complete with built-in wire breakage detection capability.
An improvement to the MTC model series, tension control on the MTE is determined by the spacing between the permanent magnet & main tension wheel. This non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent & precise tension control to the wire. Excellent for normal speed winding where wire travels at speeds under 5 meters/second.
With tension control determined by the spacing between the permanent magnet & main tension wheel, this non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent & precise tension control to the wire. Excellent for normal speed winding where wire travels at speeds under 5 meters/second, all MTC series models features back tension adjustment and wire break detection.
With tension control determined by the spacing between the permanent magnet & main tension wheel, this non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent & precise tension control to the wire. Excellent for normal speed winding where wire travels at speeds under 5 meters/second, it also includes a tension release function.
