SERVO TENSIONER - R13005

This AC servo series tensioner separates the controller from the tension control unit, keeping the unit compact for easy mounting. Its fast response feedback system allows precision control at high speeds to provide quality winding. Maximum wire throughput can reach 20 meters/second (depending on model and actual tension settings).

Compactly designed with both the servo motor and control system housed within the unit casing, the SET series can provide tension settings ranging from 1g to 300g, depending on the model and application requirements. Precise, stable, and consistent winding tension is provided through sensitive and quick response feedback control while two different tension values can be set within one winding program. The SET series offers wire throughput speeds of 7m/s and 15m/s. It operates off of a DC power source and comes with a wire break signal socket.

The STK-C series offers wire throughput speeds of: 7m/s, 10 m/s, 12 m/s and 15m/s. It operates off of a DC power source and comes with a wire break signal socket.

Tension control provided by servo driven tensioners is much more stable & consistent when compared to mechanical/magnetic tensioners. STT-A models are able to provide tension in a range from 1 - 300g. Sensitive & quick response feedback control provides precise, stable & consistent tension during the winding process. Designed with the servo motor & control system housed within the ABS plastic body, this unit is both compact and light weight, and offers a wire throughput speed of 7m/s, 12 m/s or 15m/sec. The STT-A runs on DC24V and comes with a wire break signal socket. 

Unlike traditional feedback tensioning methods, servo tensioners have feed forward capability as well, providing superior consistency and stability to the winding process.
Depending on model, tension can be maintained from 0.5g to 300g.
Servo motor and control system are built-in to the tensioner unit. No additional controller is required.
Operates with DC24V power source.
